Senior Software Validation Engineer

We are looking for a **Senior Validation Engineer** to lead validation and release qualification for next-generation AI accelerator platforms. The role involves end-to-end system validation, AI workload qualification, automation, performance benchmarking, and cross-functional leadership to ensure high-quality product releases. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Define validation strategy, test plans, and release qualification criteria. * Lead validation across hardware, firmware, drivers, SDKs, runtimes, compilers, and Linux platforms. * Validate AI/ML workloads (LLMs, VLMs, Computer Vision, NLP, Generative AI). * Develop and maintain automated validation frameworks using Python and CI/CD. * Perform functional, performance, stress, scalability, and reliability testing. * Drive root-cause analysis, performance characterization, and release sign-off. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers. ### **Required Skills** * 10+ years in System/Platform/Semiconductor Validation. * Strong programming in **Python**, Bash, and C/C++. * Experience with Linux, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins/GitHub Actions. * Expertise in validation automation, performance benchmarking, and debugging. * Hands-on with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX Runtime) and AI inference validation. * Knowledge of PCIe, embedded Linux, device drivers, networking, and AI accelerators. ### **Qualifications** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or related field. * Experience with AI accelerator or semiconductor product validation is highly preferred.
