Senior Solar Maintenance Engineer

* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and system failures at customer sites. * Plan and perform corrective maintenance activities as assigned by the supervisor. * Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) for electrical and solar power systems. * Prepare and verify intervention reports and maintenance records to ensure accuracy and completeness. * Monitor solar plant performance, analyze causes of performance degradation, and implement corrective actions. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of monitoring solutions and operational processes. * Provide regular updates and technical feedback on plant conditions to the engineering team. * Support the selection, evaluation, and performance improvement of O&M subcontractors. * Supervise and monitor subcontractors to ensure work is completed according to company standards and quality requirements. * Comply with all company safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
