Evo is Snyk's newest platform, built to secure the code, agents, and models that AI is generating at a pace traditional AppSec was never designed for. You will be a lead technical voice in that story: helping EMEA enterprises understand what "securing AI" actually means in practice, and translating that into evaluations, pilots, and business cases that win. You will bridge developer workflows, security leadership, and C-suite priorities, quantifying Snyk's ROI and securing our position as a mission-critical partner across the EMEA Enterprise landscape. **What You'll Do:** =================== * **Lead the Evo & Securing AI narrative:** Own the technical story for Snyk Evo, translating AI-native development risk (vulnerable AI-generated code, unsafe agentic workflows, unvetted MCP servers and LLM integrations) into a case that resonates with both engineering and security leadership. * **Architect Technical Strategy:** Partner with Account Directors to co-lead the sales strategy for high-stakes enterprise opportunities, owning the technical narrative from initial discovery to final validation. * **Engineer Business Value**: Construct Value Realization Frameworks by partnering with executive stakeholders to define "North Star" security goals and mapping Snyk's capabilities, including Evo, to specific, measurable business outcomes. * **Quantify Economic Impact**: Build sophisticated ROI and TCO models that translate technical feasibility, including the cost of unmanaged AI-generated risk, into compelling financial justifications for C-suite decision-makers. * **Run Hands-On Technical Evaluations:** Scope and lead proofs of concept and pilots covering agentic AI, MCP servers, LLM-assisted coding, and traditional AppSec surfaces, demonstrating Snyk and Evo working across a customer's real development and AI environment. * **Drive Strategic Engagement:** Present and defend Snyk's value proposition to high-level stakeholders (CISOs, CTOs, and Distinguished Engineers), aligning our platform with their long-term business outcome priorities. * **Execute Land & Expand Initiatives:** Proactively identify and execute on secondary value streams, such as compliance automation, supply chain risk management, or securing AI-assisted development, to broaden Snyk's footprint within the enterprise. * **Influence the Product Ecosystem:** Act as a strategic liaison between customers and Snyk's internal Engineering and Product teams, feeding field insight on Evo and agentic AI security directly back into the roadmap. ****What You Bring:**** ======================= * 5+ years of experience selling into/partnering with IT Security within large organisations * 5+ years of Solutions Engineering (or comparable technical role) experience on £500K+ opportunities, with a track record of aligning technical solutions with complex business challenges * Some exposure to software development and Application Security experience * Hands-on exposure to AI/LLM systems in a technical capacity, for example evaluating models, building or securing agentic workflows, or working with MCP servers, and a genuine point of view on how AI-assisted coding changes the security landscape * Exceptional communication skills with the ability to navigate high-pressure security objections and build rapport with executive leadership * A deep technical understanding of the software development lifecycle, cloud-native architectures, and modern DevOps ecosystems * A background in (or passion for) Value Engineering, with the ability to synthesise technical data into clear ROI narratives * A "bias for action" mindset, capable of anticipating technical blockers and architecting creative solutions in complex customer environments * Familiarity with the MEDDPICC framework a plus * Based in or around London, UK, with the ability to work hybrid from Snyk's London office ****It'd Be Awesome If You Also…**** ==================================== * Have hands-on production experience building, securing, or deploying agentic AI systems, LLM applications, or MCP-based tooling, not just using themi had  * Have experience selling or consulting into Financial Services, Insurance, or other regulated enterprise sectors * Contribute to open-source projects or are an active voice in the developer/security/AI community * Genuinely enjoy deconstructing "unsolvable" organisational problems within a collaborative, fast-paced team #LI-TF1 _We care deeply about the warm, inclusive environment we’ve created and we value diversity – we welcome applications from those typically underrepresented in tech.
