This role partners closely with marketplace, brand, and commercial stakeholders to support execution of marketplace growth initiatives and ensure alignment with global strategies. You will support VF’s amazing Brands on their current marketplace platforms, manage commercial partner channels, and optimize demand/supply growth to maximize marketplace revenue. Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.  * _Adapt and scale global go-to-market strategies for local and regional marketplace channels._ * _Launch Brands on New Marketplaces: Coordinate Brand commercial activations._ * _Serve as the primary operational contact for key commercial partners, vendors, or digital platforms._ * _Ensure external channel partners adhere to brand guidelines, SLAs, and commercial agreements._ * _Partner with internal Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to remove execution bottlenecks._ * _Measure activation ROI, customer lifetime value (LTV), conversion rates, and gross merchandise value (GMV)._ * _Translate performance metrics into operational reporting and actionable recommendations for marketplace, brand, and leadership stakeholders._ * _Optimize product assortment, content readiness, promotional execution, and marketplace performance to support revenue and growth objectives._ * _Monitor marketplace health metrics, identify performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions to improve seller and consumer experience._ **What do you need to succeed?**  We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 5+ years of experience and professional achievements.   The foundation skills you will need in this position are:  * **_Experience:_** _5-7 years of digital marketing, e-commerce operations, or marketplace growth experience._ * **_Education:_** _Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related quantitative field._ * **_Mindset:_** _Proactive, solutions-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment._ * **_Platforms:_** _Deep familiarity with major e-commerce ecosystems (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, regional delivery/on-demand marketplaces)._ * **_Software:_** _Mandatory hands-on experience using Rithum (ChannelAdvisor/CommerceHub) for product data feeds and channel mapping._ * **_Analytics:_** _Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, or Tableau._ * **_Project Management:_** _Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder projects._ * **_Data-Driven:_** _Ability to turn complex data points into clear growth strategies._ **Now WE have a question for YOU.**   **Are you in?**  **Hiring Range:** $96,768.00 USD - $120,960.00 USD annually **Incentive Potential**: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
