Senior Supplier Quality Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Quality Engineer to join [NVIDIA](https://himalayas.app/companies/nvidia) quality team. The successful candidate will base in Vietnam and play a critical role in ensuring that our contracted electronic manufacturers (CEMs) meet rigorous quality standards required for our products. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. ### What you will be doing: * Collaborate with CEMs to ensure quality standards are maintained and improved. * Conduct CEM audits and assessments to evaluate their quality systems and processes. * Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for supplier products. * Work closely with the procurement and engineering teams to resolve any supplier-related issues. * Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement. * Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives for supplier quality issues. * Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. * Well get hold of process and quality guideline and related documents for supplier quality management. * Maintain accurate documentation and records of supplier quality activities. ### What we need to see: * Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, quality management, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in supplier quality management or engineering or a related role. * Strong verbal and written communication in English & Vietnamese is a must. Chinese speaking & listening skill would be preferred. * Rich experience in electronic device / system manufacturing process & quality control. * Provide process analysis, identify risk, develop mitigation plan to optimize manufacturing process & quality control. * Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools, such as 8D, 5-Whys, 5M1E, fish bone and so on. * Familiarity with industry standards, such as IPC-A-610, IPC-A-600, ANSI/ESD S20.20, and so on. * Experience with supplier audits and quality assessments. * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of relating respectfully with others. ### Ways to stand out from the crowd: * Demonstrated ability to work cordially and effectively in a team environment. * Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams. * Possess good reasoning and strong analytical, problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work independently and lead tasks from beginning to closure. * Perform well in an intensive and dynamic environment as a team player with good interpersonal relations.
