**Position Title:** Sr Software Engineer II (IND) **Job Family:** IFT > Engineering​/Dev **Shift:** **Job Description:** Sr Software Engineer– will be responsible for the following: * Experience in Java 8 or above with any of the RDBMS. * Deep technical expertise in Java and Node.js, with extensive experience in microservices-based systems. * Multi-cloud environments (AWS and Microsoft Azure) and strong background in healthcare technology. * Proficiency in prompt engineering, experience with OCR technologies like Google Document AI, and a solid understanding of large language models (LLMs) and OpenAI specifications. * Analyze & code REST & SOAP Web Service given the specifications using Spring Boot architecture * Able to work independently on design & development of API microservices * Understanding of Microservices and message-based loosely coupled architectures * Knowledge/Experience with cloud-based development is a plus e.g. AWS * Good understanding of SCRUM/Agile methodology * Knowledge on continues build/deploy cycle on any tool (eg: Bamboo etc) * Familiarity with any tool that captures efforts, defects, work log etc (eg: JIRA) * knowledge/Experience in working with MongoDB is an added advantage * knowledge on IBM WebSphere server, Docker is an added advantage * Follow enterprise coding standards using J2EE (Java) and develop efficient code that is efficient, maintainable and use good design principles * Good oral and written communication and able to share ideas with confidence. * Functional knowledge in Health Care Domain and subject expertise in Provider Domain * Experience in writing Junit test cases * Expert level problem solving skills using Functional and Object-Oriented Programming paradigms * Experience in Code Review * Working knowledge on any of the message Queue * Working knowledge on Docker based applications * Able to work independently on design & development of API microservices and mentor juniors * Working Knowledge on continuous build/deploy cycle on any tool (eg: Bamboo etc) * Able to debug code, provide quick solutions on any issues faced during SIT/UAT and production environments ·        Exposure to working in Agile teams and distributed teams with adherence to process **Job Type:** Full time
