Work Flexibility: Onsite **What you will do:** ===================== * Execute functional, integration, regression, system, and performance testing. * Develop and maintain automated test scripts and test frameworks. * Ensure timely completion of testing activities aligned with project plans. * Deliver high-quality test artifacts through reviews and continuous improvements. * Collaborate with onsite/offshore development and product teams. * Support technical documentation related to testing. * Continuously learn and adopt new tools and technologies. * Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems and Design Controls. What you need: **Required Qualifications:** ============================================= * Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering/ Computer Science or related discipline * 2–6 years of experience in Embedded Software Testing. * Strong experience in designing, documenting, and reviewing test cases and test protocols. * Experience in manual testing and automation using C++, Python, or C#. * Experience analyzing test results and preparing comprehensive test reports. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience testing product scalability, reliability, consistency, and performance. * Participate in test planning, estimation, and test strategy discussions. * Healthcare or Medical Device domain experience. * Knowledge of Medical Device Software Development Lifecycle, FDA regulations, and IEC 62304. * Experience with Python-based automation frameworks. * Exposure to CI/CD tools and ALM platforms such as Git and JIRA. * Exposure to Embedded Camera Systems and Image Processing. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
