Job Details: Must know • Active Directory Architecture, FSMO, Trusts, replication issues, GPO troubleshooting, Sites and services • DNS troubleshooting • DHCP knowledge • Windows Server core troubleshooting (Server performance analysis, BSOD,) • Server Hardware (HP, Dell, IBM, Cisco UCS, Blade Servers) / Raid troubleshooting. • Backup troubleshooting • Windows cluster troubleshooting & Migration and log analysis. • Windows patching troubleshooting • Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for Major Incidents and P1/P2 cases • Migration - DHCP\AD\File and print server. • Certificate authority (Root CA / Subordinate CA), IIS website renewals. • Azure resources management • Azure AD connect • ITIL Process • 24*7 rotation shifts Good to have • VMware • Azure Certification ( AZ-104) • Windows in place Upgradation • Storage Basic • Network Basic • Basic PowerShell Scripting • Windows vulnerability • Defender • .
