If you're excited about working on ambitious projects in a dynamic and flexible environment, we'd love to hear from you! ### Responsibilities: As a **Senior Talent Acquisition Manager**, with a strong technical acumen, you will be responsible for recruiting top-tier tech talent. * Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical roles (engineering, data, product, infrastructure, etc.). * Work closely with hiring teams to deeply understand the specific requirements of each position. * Source qualified candidates through various channels. * Conduct interviews and assess both technical and cultural fit. * Improve and structure recruitment processes, tools, and KPIs. * Contribute to the global talent acquisition strategy. ### Profile: * Minimum 7 years of experience in recruitment, with a **strong focus on tech roles.** * **Solid understanding of technical environments (backend, frontend, cloud, data, DevOps, etc.).** * You are comfortable operating in an English-speaking environment. * Experience in international recruitment contexts. * Proficiency with modern recruitment tools (ATS, sourcing platforms, analytics). * Strong analytical mindset, autonomy, confidentiality, and a results-oriented approach.
