As the industry's only end-to-end, cloud-native network software provider, Mavenir is transforming the way the world connects, accelerating software network transformation for 250+ Communications Service Providers in over 120 countries, which serve more than 50% of the world’s subscribers. **Role Summary** We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Technical Support Engineer with strong expertise in Linux/UNIX systems, Kubernetes, and Shell scripting, along with hands-on experience in telecom protocols and online charging systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring system stability, handling incidents, and supporting business-critical applications in a high-availability environment **Key Responsibilities** * Provide L2/L3 support for **Online Charging Systems (OCS)** and related telecom infrastructure. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to **HTTP2/REST, Diameter, and SS7 protocols**. * Perform **preventive health checks**, monitor **network stability**, and ensure optimal system performance. * Handle **incident management**, including hot and critical issues, and perform **KPI and traffic analysis**. * Configure and maintain **business/tariff products** and ensure accurate deployment. * Work collaboratively with a team of skilled engineers to resolve complex technical issues. Participate in **24/7 shift rotations**, including weekends and holidays, as per business requirements **Job Requirements** * Strong knowledge of **Linux/UNIX systems** and **Shell scripting**. * Hands-on experience with **Kubernetes** and containerized environments. * Good understanding of **HTTP2/REST APIs**, **Diameter**, and **SS7** protocols. * Experience in a **customer support environment**, preferably in telecom or network services. * Familiarity with **incident, problem, and configuration management** processes. * Proficient in **Couchbase**, **Elasticsearch**, and **Kafka**. * Strong **logical and analytical skills** with the ability to prioritize and multitask. * Excellent **verbal and written communication skills** in English. * Willingness to **learn new technologies** and stay updated with industry trends. * 6 - 10 years of relevant experience in the above areas **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with **monitoring tools** and **log analysis platforms**. * Exposure to **DevOps practices** and **CI/CD pipelines**. * Knowledge of **cloud platforms** (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus. **Accessibility** Mavenir is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodation to individuals with physical and mental disabilities.
