Senior Technical Writer

**Job description – HW documentation development** **Role Summary** * Pursuing a Bachelor's degree candidate in Electronics and Communications or Computer Science Engineering, or a related field, emphasizing on knowledge around semiconductor hardware domain's technical documentation development. **Job Responsibility** * Work within the NXP Information Development team and with SoC and IP development team to create high‐quality chip documentation – related to SoC/IP Reference Design, Electrical Specs, Functional safety and HW Security, based on DITA XML concepts. Gather and collect information from architectural specs and requirement specs. * Work on documentation automation techniques, AI-assisted documentation creation/maintenance and ensure code re‐usability across projects * Verify, release, and test documentation as per standard procedure * Work closely with Design owners, SoC architects and other end consumers to collate and develop data for customer documentation * Work closely with peers in global documentation team and tools team to debug day‐to‐day execution issues while working in a fast paced development culture  **Job Requirements** * Bachelor in Electronics/Computer engineering or related field * Knowledge of XML, content management system and version control system * Preferably, understanding of DITA concepts and AI-assisted documentation development * Working experience with Unix/ Linux * Good to have Understanding of VLSI knowledge concepts * Creative and positive mindset * Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, teamwork skills, and a can‐do attitude [More information about NXP in India...](https://www.nxp.com/company/about-nxp/worldwide-locations/india:INDIA) #LI-2734
