**Senior Tender Specialist (12 months FTC)**

The Tender Specialist manages tender and contract processes end-to-end, managing bid processes from opportunity identification through to contract implementation across Public and Private Hospital sectors.
This role plays a key part in protecting revenue, improving tender win rates, and ensuring contract compliance through effective execution, pricing support, and strong cross-functional collaboration. The role also contributes to revenue retention and growth by supporting competitive tender submissions aligned with business objectives.
This is a fixed-term maternity leave backfill role supporting continuity of tender and contract management activities within the ANZ Commercial CoE.
**What will you be doing?**
**Contracts & Tender Management**
* Manage the end-to-end tender lifecycle (planning, submission, and implementation)
* Coordinate tender responses and stakeholder contributions
* Maintain tender tools, databases, calendar, and reporting outputs
* Maintain and develop tender response library and knowledge repository
**Pricing & Commercial Support**
* Support delivery of tender outcomes that contribute to revenue retention and growth targets
* Maintain hospital agreements and pricing governance
* Provide commercial and pricing analysis to inform and influence decision-making
**Market Insights & Performance**
* Monitor competitor activity and pricing trends to inform tender strategy
* Track, analyse, and report on contract performance (e.g. win rates, compliance, pricing performance)
* Identify trends and actions to improve tender outcomes and contract performance
**Stakeholder Management**
* Collaborate with Sales, Corporate Accounts, Marketing, Legal, Pricing, and Finance
* Support engagement with customers and procurement stakeholders where required
* Align tender activities with broader commercial strategies and priorities
**What will you need to be successful?**
* Tertiary qualification in relevant field.
* Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships with internal and external customers
* Good analytical and documentation skills (Process orientated)
* High attention to detail and accurate with written correspondence
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Understanding of tender and contract management practices
* Computer proficiency in MS Office, specifically expert MS Excel
