Senior Test Engineer - Aerospace

**What you will do:** --------------------- * Design, support, improve, and test moderate to high complexity test systems and equipment, ensuring designs meet testability and reliability criteria * Plan, schedule, and coordinate the detailed phases of test projects * Contribute to the creation and evaluation of new product test requirements, test strategies, and provide estimates for new test equipment * Participate in test data analysis and investigate root causes of unknown tested unit performance * Maintain high quality of test results and ensure data integrity **What you will need:** ----------------------- * Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic Engineering or related field * More than 4 years of proven experience in a relevant industry * Proficiency in reading and creating hydraulic and electrical schematics * Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English and Polish (written and spoken) * Ability to work independently under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements to meet deadlines * Solid knowledge of LabVIEW * Ability to analyze and process signals from various sensors * Working experience with AS 9100 standards * Knowledge of metrology principles **Nice to have:** * Knowledge of metrology principles * Basic understanding of servovalves (electro-hydraulic, electro-pneumatic) and hydraulic actuators (single/double acting) * Knowledge of supervisory controls, such and PLCs **What you will gain:** ----------------------- * Salary range from **13 000 to 20 000 PLN gross** - depending on experience * Private health insurance, life and accident insurance * MyBenefit/Multikafeteria package * Participate in the company performance bonus program * PPK payment account up to 4% of your compensation, depending on seniority * Semi - flexible workingtime * Employee BenefitFund * Experienced team and professional development * Create world-changing technology * Relocation & Educational support * Meal vouchers and free parking * Hybrid work: 1 day home office per week
