Senior Test Engineer

**Czym będziesz się zajmować?** * Build test automation capability for the GPB Core Banking Platform (Avaloq) * Lead the design and development of an Avaloq Test Suite with high automation coverage, continually optimising and extending it * Keep automation levels consistently optimised to minimise manual intervention, including selecting tools to maximise performance * Ensure products and services meet all mandatory and regulatory compliance requirements * Maintain group controls within pod activities and resolve remediation activities swiftly * Be accountable for the platform's operational stability, integrity, and availability * Functionally manage the team to ensure the automation suite is delivered and operated in line with customer needs **Kogo poszukujemy?** * Strong testing background, including test automation using TestMaster * Solid understanding of the Private Banking domain * Experience working on the Avaloq platform, with strong technical capability in Avaloq scripting and DDIC; knowledge of Avaloq reporting/interfaces * Proven debugging and problem-solving skills * Ability to design and develop IT solutions in line with agreed solution designs, with a continuous improvement mindset * Accountability for appropriate unit and integration test coverage * Strong leadership skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders * Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written and verbal) * Ability to define and document solutions with structured analysis techniques * Experience working across one or more functional domains and adapting quickly to new business areas **Czego wymagamy?** 5 lat doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku Znajomości: * Test automation * Avaloq * TestMaster * DDIC * Debugging * Private Banking * Przywództwo Mile widziane: * Unit testing * Integration testing * Dokumentacja projektowa Języki: * Polski * Angielski **Jakie warunki i benefity otrzymasz?** * 17.5k–22k PLN brutto/m (Umowa o pracę) * Umowa o pracę - Elastyczne godziny pracy (100%) * Praca zdalna: Hybrydowo * Budżet szkoleniowy * Pakiet medyczny, Ubezpieczenie, Pakiet sportowy * Parking **Kim jesteśmy?** Opening up a world of opportunity for our customers, investors, ourselves and the planet.
