To deliver top trading results and client relationships, bring self-driven problem-solving, a detail-oriented mindset, and laser focus during high-stress situations to ensure**precision and reliability**. ### Requirements * Manage market-making operations for clients * Manage proprietary trading strategies across crypto and prediction markets * Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely and transparent updates on trading performance, market conditions, and tailored recommendations. * Monitor and optimize trading strategies in real time, ensuring optimal liquidity provision, spread management, and depth of market while adhering to client goals. * Collaborate with internal development and technical teams to refine and enhance trading systems ### Requirements * 2+ years of direct experience in crypto market making in a client-facing or trading capacity (e.g., Client Manager, Account Manager, Trader, Senior Trader, or similar roles). * **Effective communicator**comfortable who balances technical and business priorities * Ability to work independently and explore potential solutions to new challenges * Crypto-native with knowledge of cryptocurrency, DeFi, RWA, differences between chains etc. * **Meticulous attention to detail and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment**, with a focus on precision and risk management. ### Nice to Have * Experiencewith**Python** * ### Familiarity with prediction markets * Background in high-intensity, fast-paced environments such as startups * **Experience with AI-assisted or agentic development workflows** * Background in trading systems or market data infrastructure Details Originally posted on [Himalayas](https://himalayas.app)
