Your primary responsibility will be editing raw footage provided by clients and transforming it into high-retention, long-form talking-head YouTube videos. Key Responsibilities: 1\. Rough cutting: Edit 30-50 minutes of raw footage into a polished 10-20 minute video focused on retention, clarity, and educational value. 2\. B-roll integration: Source and add relevant real-world B-roll footage of locations or neighbourhoods from the internet. AI-generated or generic B-roll is strictly not allowed. 3\. Intro editing: Craft a highly engaging first 60 seconds designed to hook viewers and create curiosity. 4\. Motion graphics: Create map animations using GeoLayers and implement motion graphic templates to present text-based information clearly. 5\. Sound design: Add appropriate music, sound effects, and audio enhancements to improve the overall viewing experience. 6\. Client feedback integration: Incorporate one round of client feedback per video with precision and attention to detail. 7\. Timely delivery: Deliver completed videos within one week while following internal processes and maintaining clear communication with the creative project manager. What we offer: 1\.
