If you're passionate about renewable energy and want to **"Make the Difference"** by building a lasting positive impact on the planet and communities everywhere, join us at **CS Power Systems**—where your talent can help shape the clean energy revolution. ### **Primary Responsibilities:** * Support the implementation and maintenance of effective inventory control systems and participate in regular audits to verify accuracy and mitigate losses; * Assist in coordinating with the Accounting team to ensure accurate inventory tracking, timely reporting, and adherence to budgetary guidelines * Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity within warehouse operations; * Assist in planning and managing warehouse space utilization to maximize storage capacity and optimize workflow; * Oversee and support the use of warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technological tools to streamline operations effectively; * Assist the Warehouse Manager with budget management, including cost control and preparation of financial reports; * Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff; Develop work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels; * Contribute to the preparation and presentation of regular reports on warehouse performance, including key metrics and KPIs. ### **Qualifications and Experience:** * A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a warehouse senior specialist role; * A bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred; * Proven expertise in warehouse operations, ideally within the energy or manufacturing sectors; * A strong working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software; * Understanding of local, state, and federal regulations related to warehouse operations; * Strong leadership and management skills; * Forklift certification is preferred #CSPowerSystems
