Dealership: ----------- L0310 Nissan of Downtown LA **Nissan of Downtown LA** ========================= **Now Hiring: Service Advisor** **Up to $5,000 Sign on Bonus depending on experience** * **Pay:** $64,500 - $161,800 Annually * **Schedule:** Full Time * **Department Hours:** Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 6:00pm, and Saturday: 7:00am - 4:00pm. **Why Join Our Team?** * A high-volume service department with a steady flow of customer appointments and repair opportunities * The opportunity to work with a respected Nissan brand and a loyal customer base * A professional team environment with ongoing support from technicians, parts, and management * Training, and opportunities to continue developing your automotive service expertise * Opportunities for career advancement within the dealership organization **What You'll Do** * Serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensure the technician understands the customer's needs and the customer understands the needed and recommended service/repairs. * Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor, calculating customer's payment, including deductibles. * Prepare repair orders (RO), obtaining approval signatures and entering RO into service database system. * Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection. * Administer the manufacturer warranty for qualifying vehicle repairs. * Keep customer informed of service specials, completion times and service expenses. **What You'll Bring** * 1+ year of previous Service Advisor experience. * We value prior experience as an automotive technician. * A team player who is focused on providing high-class customer service. * Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile. * Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. **Total Rewards** The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $46,500 - $161,800. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit, and Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
