Service Engineer

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our QCS (Quality Control System) team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Valmet QCS and Profiler systems, and a strong background in the pulp and paper industry. This role requires the ability to work independently on projects and services, while also collaborating effectively within a team environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Execute and support QCS projects and services, including commissioning and startup activities. * Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance and supervision for Valmet QCS and Profiler systems installed base with Lifecycle concept. * Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure successful project / service delivery. * Maintain a high standard of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. * Demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude in all work environments. * Works independently to complete given assignments, carrying out day-to-day servicing activities **Qualifications:** * Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering. * Proven experience in the pulp and paper industry, particularly in QCS maintenance, project execution, and site management. * Strong knowledge of Valmet QCS and Profiler systems is essential. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **Preferred Attributes:** * Strong commitment to continuous improvement and professional development. * Ability to adapt to dynamic project / service environments and customer needs. * Willingness to travel for project / service assignments as required by project / service responsibility is preferably
