**Employment Type:** -------------------- Full time **Shift:** ---------- **Description:** ================ **Service Representative, Pediatric Clinic (Specialty & Primary Care)** **Schedule**: Days; M, W, TH, F (8:30AM - 5:00PM) **Rotation:** Late Clinic Tuesday covering 1x every 3 weeks among team; Occasional Saturdays- 1x every 3 months **Location:** Maywood, IL (Outpatient) **Helping Children and Families Navigate Care with Confidence.** ### About the Job As a Service Representative supporting the Main Campus LOC Pediatrics Clinic, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for pediatric patients and their families. This front-line position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service through in-person check-in, patient registration, scheduling, and administrative support. You will serve as a key point of contact for patients, caregivers, providers, and clinical staff, ensuring accurate patient information, efficient appointment coordination, and a smooth flow of daily clinic operations. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interact compassionately with children and families in a fast-paced outpatient healthcare environment. **What You'll do** * **Greeting Patients:** Welcome and assist patients as they enter the physician practice.
