We’re looking for a **Service Sales Specialist** to support our growing Field Service organization by developing quotes, managing service sales activities, and helping deliver solutions that meet our customers’ needs. This is a great opportunity for a **detail-oriented, customer-focused sales professional** who enjoys working across Sales, Service, Engineering, Operations, and customers to move projects from quote to completion. ### **What You'll Do** * Prepare service quotes by defining project scope, costs, timelines, and deliverables. * Partner with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Service teams to develop accurate customer solutions. * Manage service sales contracts and monitor contractual obligations and risks. * Respond promptly to customer and sales requests. * Monitor project schedules, scope, costs, and profitability. * Support pricing, billing, revenue, and cost-to-completion activities. * Prepare and support contractual claims when needed. * Follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices. * Ensure sales and service documentation is completed accurately and on time. * Identify and escalate issues quickly and professionally. * Track lessons learned and share opportunities for improvement with leadership. * Help ensure customers receive responsive, high-quality service. ### **What We're Looking For** * High school diploma or equivalent required. * **2+ years of sales experience preferred.** * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Excellent organization and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Comfortable working with pricing, contracts, budgets, and project information. * Proficiency with **Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel**. * Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with a team. ### **Why Join Munters?** * Competitive salary * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * Flexible work schedule * Generous PTO * 401(k) with employer matching * Professional development and tuition reimbursement * Conference and training opportunities * Opportunity to grow your career with a **global leader in mission-critical climate solutions** **Munters is an Equal Opportunity Employer.** We value diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives and encourage qualified candidates to apply. _All offers are contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and background check, as applicable for the position._
