Cooling Tower Technician About the Role We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cooling Tower Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair cooling towers, and related commercial HVAC equipment. This position services commercial, light industrial, healthcare, manufacturing, and mission-critical facilities throughout the region. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance. Identify cooling tower performance issues. Complete service documentation accurately and maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety standards. Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs, maintenance, and equipment recommendations. Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency service calls as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; HVAC/R trade school training preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience with commercial HVAC, cooling towers. Knowledge of cooling towers, chillers, pumps, boilers, hydronic systems. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work at heights, climb ladders, and work in varying weather conditions. Personal hand tools required. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Marley, BAC, Evapco, or similar cooling tower equipment. Knowledge cooling tower maintenance practices. Experience working with BAS platforms such as Johnson Controls, Siemens, Honeywell, or Tridium.
