If you enjoy hands-on technical work and solving complex challenges in a fast-paced automation environment, **join our growing team in Taiwan and build your career with a global automation leader!** **Fresh graduates with a degree or diploma in Electrical, Electromechanical, Controls Engineering, Mechatronics, or related disciplines are encouraged to apply.** **Tasks and Qualifications:** ============================= **What you will be doing:** --------------------------- * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance or repair of Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems (ASRS), Order Fulfilment (OFS) and Sortation systems. * Communicate effectively with all Dematic team members including Service Manager, Maintenance Supervisor and Engineers * Maintain effective working relationships with all Dematic team members. * Resolve within a reasonable time any equipment faults and ensure quality of work. * Report faults in a timely manner to your Service Manager * Identification and reporting of health and safety risks, accidents, incidents, injuries and property damage at the workplace. * Correct utilisation of appropriate personal protective equipment. * Compliance with workplace policies and procedures for risk identification, risk assessment and risk control. * Active participation in activities associated with the management of workplace health and safety. * Ensure all paperwork is completed and submitted on time and correct. * Actively participate in a safe working culture. * Inspect completed work to check that repairs have been completed correctly and that machinery and equipment conform to specifications and safety standards. * Complete all allocated tasks assigned by Service Manager. **What we are looking for** --------------------------- ### **Required Skills and Competencies:** * Experience in computerised maintenance systems * Experience in pneumatic/hydraulic systems * PLC experience in Siemens S7 and SCADA WIN CC will be beneficial * Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings. * Understanding of OH&S requirements. * Ability to work in isolation, make decisions and be results driven * Ability to develop and maintain effective on-going relationships * Good customer-focused mindset and management skills * Excellent verbal, written and inter-personal communication skills * Great team player and able to work collaboratively * Ability to think outside of the box when solving problems ### **Experience Desired:** * Tertiary education (Degree) or Diploma in **areas of Electrical / Mechanical / Electromechanical Engineering** * 2-3 years’ of service experience in control engineering / industrial automation (conveyors) / maintenance of plant/machinery/material handling equipment is advantage. * Open to fresh graduates with relevant degrees. * General good attitude and workplace behaviour
