What You’ll Do -------------- As an Experienced Automotive Service Technician, you will perform vehicle repairs and maintenance accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with Audi, manufacturer, and dealership standards. Responsibilities include: * Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine the cause of malfunctions * Perform repairs and maintenance as outlined on repair orders * Complete work in accordance with dealership, manufacturer, and safety standards * Road-test vehicles as needed to verify repair quality * Document work performed, test procedures, results, and time accurately * Communicate findings clearly and professionally * Maintain a personal inventory of standard automotive technician tools * Support a team environment focused on quality, trust, and customer satisfaction What You’ll Bring ----------------- * Prior automotive repair experience required * Audi, Volkswagen, European, or luxury brand experience strongly preferred * ASE certifications and manufacturer certifications preferred * Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills * Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality repair standards * Professional work ethic and strong attention to detail * Team-focused mindset with a commitment to customer service * Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence Why Audi Novi ------------- Experienced technicians have options.
