Service Transition Manager

This role sits within our **Technology Services function**, where you'll collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused IT services that support the firm’s strategic goals. **What You’ll Be Doing** * Own and lead end-to-end service transition for assigned projects. * Develop and improve service design frameworks and governance. * Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, and third-party suppliers to ensure successful service delivery. * Create and manage Service Design Packages, support models, and transition plans. * Monitor project performance, manage risks, and ensure quality outcomes. * Drive continuous improvement and contribute to a people-first, insight-driven service culture. **What You’ll Bring** * Strong experience in Service Management (ITIL Foundation minimum). * Proven ability to manage complex transitions and influence across teams. * Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills. * Analytical mindset with a passion for customer excellence. * Experience with ITSM tools (ideally ServiceNow) and modern service management practices. * Commercial awareness and a calm, decisive approach under pressure. **Why Join Us?** We’re committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels they belong.
