To settle Driver balances on daily basis and accurately reconciling and processing daily cash, credit transactions and to ensure that all sales, receipts and financial records balance and are correctly captured. Capturing of all claims for drivers and Top End customers Capturing of returns Capturing Drivers Cash payments Releasing of Valid POD's Filing of POD's, Claims and Settlements packs Adhering to BMR, FRC & CSA audits Document control and related outputs. Compliance to company policies and procedures Maintain high standards of internal controls Ensure that Settlement queries are attended to promptly and that all documents are processed. Assist with Audit request Minimum requirements Grade 12 or equivalent 2 to 3 years related experience English and Mathematics (Literacy or Pure Maths) High degree of competency in MS Office packages Knowledge of Accounting system In accordance with the employment equity plan of Tiger Brands and its employment equity goals and targets, preference may be given, but is not limited, to candidates from under-represented designated groups.
