**Job Description:** **Must-Have Skills** **Salesforce Data Cloud Expertise** * Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud implementation and administration. * Strong knowledge of: Data Streams, Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Data Model Objects (DMOs), Identity Resolution, Unified Profiles, Calculated Insights, Audience Segmentation and Activation Targets * AI-driven segmentation, propensity modeling, and Next Best Action use cases. * Predictive audiences for churn, cross-sell, upsell, and customer lifetime value. * Experience integrating with tools like CRM, Marketing Automation, Web, Mobile App, Commerce, and Loyalty data. **Data & Technical Skills** * Strong SQL proficiency. * Understanding of customer data architecture and Customer 360 concepts. * Experience with APIs, ETL processes, and data integrations. * Data validation, troubleshooting, and governance experience. * Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics tools will be an additional advantage. **Marketing & CX Understanding** * Knowledge of customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, and personalization. * Knowledge and experience supporting omnichannel engagement across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push, and Paid Media. **Good-to-Have Skills** * Integration with Google Ads, Meta, DV360, and other activation platforms. * Experience with data lake and data warehouse. * Knowledge of Adobe RT-CDP, Segment, Tealium, or other CDP platforms. * Familiarity with MC Next set-up. **Preferred Certifications** * Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant * Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant * Salesforce AI Associate **Ideal Candidate:** A expert who can independently build identity resolution frameworks, create actionable audiences, and activate customer data to drive personalization and business outcomes. **Location:** India - Maharashtra- Pune - Baner - Amar Madhuban Tech Park **Brand:** Merkle **Time Type:** Full time **Contract Type:** Permanent
