**JOB DESCRIPTION:** -------------------- Roles & Responsibilities * Support overall SFE operations, including data processing, SFE planning, report generation, and maintenance. * Assist BP teams in improving the process of target hospital selection, territory alignment/optimization, and target setting/allocation by providing methodologies and tools. Monitor BP teams’ process and adherence holistically. * Consolidate performance KPI data and highlight outstanding issues * Support listing planning and tracking, and collaborate with BP teams on improvement actions. * Conduct ad-hoc data analyses with both internal and external data, as required by leadership and key stakeholders * Play a key role in BI/Data projects, including data preparation, mapping, and analytics. Desired Skills and Experience * Bachelor’s degree or above. * 3+ years of experience with a deep understanding of China pharmaceutical industry. * Team player with strong learning agility. * Strong sense of ownership and ability to deliver in ambiguous situations. * High sense of responsibility and respect for compliance, with a proactive and inspiring approach to optimizing existing processes. * Proficient in advanced Excel / modelling and PowerPoint. * VBA capability is a plus; Python skills are a plus. **The base pay for this position is** N/A In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted. **JOB FAMILY:** --------------- Sales Support & Administration **DIVISION:** ------------- EPD Established Pharma **LOCATION:** ------------- China > Shanghai : 388 W.
