Shape Front Desk Monitor

This position is the face of the fitness facility. They manage member check-ins, sell memberships, answer and direct phone calls, resolve customer inquiries, perform opening and closing duties, understand basic cash handling & other payment methods, and light custodial duties (cleaning fitness equipment). This person must be friendly, possess basic computer skills, responsible, and have good communication skills.   Scheduled Hours Weekly: 20 Budgeted Wage for this Position: 15.00 Exempt Status: Non-Exempt Grade: T01 Job Posting Responsibilities:
