**Position Overview** The shipping position is the final stop before an order ships from our facility but represents the first impression for the hearing professional or the end-user of the order. **Work Schedule:** **Days:** Monday – Friday (Weekends as needed) * **Shift: 2nd** shift * **Hours:** 8–10 hours per day * **Shift Start:** This role requires a flexible schedule with daily starting times ranging between **4:15 P****M**. * **Shift End:** Standard finish time is approximately **12******:45 A**PM**, though a degree of flexibility is required for occasional overtime to meet operational demands. **Essential Functions** (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.) * Ship to company standards and goals * Pack out all levels * Ability to read and understand a Pick Ticket & Shipping Documents * Manages the shipment of all products, materials and supplies * Confirm accuracy of orders * Ship product through multiple carriers (international, ground, express, USPS, etc.) as required **Competencies** (Knowledge and Skills needed for this position) * Follow all written and verbal instructions * Read, Write, and Speak English **Desired Qualifications** **Required Education:** * High School Diploma/GED **Preferred Education:** * Basic computer experience preferred * Previous shipping experience preferred
