Shipping Receiving Lead

**Job Summary:** ALC Location The Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Lead is responsible for directing the daily activities of the shipping and receiving team. The role includes assisting the Warehouse Supervisor in leading and managing a team of warehouse associates, overseeing their day-to-day activities, and ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.   **Key Responsibilities:**   * Ensure the safety and productivity of all employees assigned to the designated shift  * Ability to motivate the team in meeting the demands established by the schedule  * Coordinate with Managers and Leads of various departments to assure daily needs are being met  * Assure all clerical duties are performed daily, including proper receipt and filings  * Prepare BOLs, pick docs. Close and manage jobs. Update Shipping Board.
