**Expression of Interest – SHO / Registrars**
We are currently looking to expand our Medical Team in our ICU and would like to hear from any interested SHO or Registrars who are looking to join our dedicated team.
**ABOUT THE POSITION:**
We are currently seeking a suitably experienced and qualified SHO / Registrars who have the energy and drive to join our ICU Team either on a Full Time, Part Time or a Casual Basis. Please indicate your preference in your application.
Our state of the art 17-bed Intensive Care Unit provides care for approximately 1450 patients per year. Whilst we do have a strong cardiovascular surgical focus, we also provide high quality care for a variety of other surgical and medical patients. Our team offers:

**ABOUT YOU:**
* Full General registration with AHPRA as a Medical Practitioner
* Minimum of 3 years post graduate practitioner experience
* Ability to interact in a positive and cooperative manner within a multidisciplinary environment.
* Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
* Commitment to professional development of self and others
* Competency is critical thinking and problem solving, with the ability to work in a flexible and collaborative style
* Working knowledge of relevant regulations, legislation and common law practices
* Demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with other departments within the facility including building collaborative relationship with Visiting Medical Officers
