Shoulder Cutter - Grade 3

It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing! _We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business._ **SUMMARY:**   The purpose of a shoulder cutter is to perform quality cuts on the shoulders of the front halves. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** include, but are not limited to, the following: * Use knife to perform quality cut on the front half shoulders on the cone line. * After performing the cut drop wing onto wing belt * Employee will grab the tender without excessive tearing and remove from the small front. * Must be able to grip a knife and cut the shoulders. * Employee will remove bones on a moving cone line. * Must be able to work on a moving cone line running at approximately 36-72 birds per minute **SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES** This position will not have supervisory responsibility. **EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE** * **Required** * None * **Preferred** * None _George’s is committed to providing reasonable accommodation to, among others, individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans.
