Showroom Greeter

Conklin Automotive Group is seeking a friendly and professional Showroom Greeter to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for customers entering our dealership, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate departments. If you are a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, we would love to meet you! \***\*\*** Special note: This position is part-time with 10-15 hours per week and the starting pay is minimum wage. This position is perfect for a retired person looking for way to stay active and earn extra income. ### Responsibilities * Warmly greet customers as they enter the showroom and offer assistance * Direct customers to the appropriate sales representatives and departments * Stocking the customer snacks and beverages * Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment * Assist with clerical tasks as needed and support the sales team * Respond to customer inquiries and ensure a positive experience * Participate in training programs to improve product knowledge and customer service skills * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Previous experience in customer service or a related role is a plus * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Friendly and approachable demeanor * Ability to work well in a team environment * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Flexible availability, including Saturdays as needed * 401K with company match * Paid time off * Paid holidays * Paid training * Direct deposit * Sponsored healthcare * Health savings account with company match
