Site Quantity Surveyor

**Purpose** * Provide quantity surveying, cost estimation, and contract administration support for FM maintenance, A&A, and improvement projects, ensuring cost efficiency and value for money. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ). * Review and evaluate contractors' quotations, Schedule of Rates (SOR), and tender submissions. * Support procurement, contract administration, payment certification, and variation claims. * Monitor project costs, prepare cost reports, and ensure budget compliance. * Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders on commercial matters. **Requirements** * Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline (SISV-recognised). * Minimum **5 years'** relevant QS experience, preferably in Facilities Management, maintenance, or building projects. * Required to work at client's site At Surbana Jurong, we put talent, hard work, teamwork and a fun workplace together to approach problems and solve them creatively and collaboratively.
