As an \[Experienced Hire Role\], you’ll bring your skill, your curiosity and your drive to make health simpler, smarter and more human. **About the job:** The role ensures effective demand and supply planning, production scheduling, procurement, inventory and logistics management to support business growth while delivering the required levels of customer service, operational performance and cost efficiency. As a member of the Site Leadership Team, the Supply Chain Manager works closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Finance and Commercial supply chain teams to ensure alignment between business demand and site capabilities. Key Responsibilities -------------------- * Lead and develop the Supply Chain team and drive a strong performance culture * Define and execute the site's Supply Chain strategy in line with the site priorities and Opella standards * Develop and manage the Master Production Plan based on demand forecasts, inventory levels and production capacities * Optimize production planning and scheduling to ensure reliable execution and minimize deviations * Ensure the availability of raw materials and packaging components while optimizing inventory levels and working capital * Manage suppliers, subcontracting and logistics activities to ensure continuity and efficiency of operations * Monitor and improve Supply Chain performance, including customer service, inventory, planning adherence and supply availability * Proactively identify and manage Supply Chain risks, constraints and potential service disruptions * Drive continuous improvement, digitalization and transformation initiatives * Manage the Supply Chain budget and contribute to the overall financial performance of the site * Ensure effective collaboration and communication with Manufacturing, Quality, Finance and Commercial teams * Ensure compliance with Quality, HSE and applicable operational requirements * Proactive mindset, strong ownership and ability to drive change * Fluent in English and French **About You :** * University degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related field * 10 years in Supply Chain management within a manufacturing environment * Strong expertise in demand and supply planning, production scheduling, inventory management, procurement and logistics * Experience in Pharmaceutical, FMCG or Consumer Healthcare is preferred * Strong leadership and people management capabilitie * Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills. * Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
