Job Summary ----------- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an **\[****SMA Programming Engineer****\]** located in **\[****Jiading, Shanghai****\].** This position will be responsible for providing SMT related technical support to R&D and SMA production to facilitate design for manufacturing in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Develop and implement cost effective, efficient production processes for the Introduction of New Product. **What a typical day looks like****:** * Drive and perform preparation, optimization in SMA program or documents activities to facilitate manufacturing in prototype and pre-series test run even further mass production. * Drive to sustain improvement in First Pass Yield and output for increasing and missing rate for reducing. * Generate and maintain all programs including screen printer, Dispenser, Solder Paste Inspection, Pickup-Place, Reflow, etc. * Evaluate and introduce new SMA equipment aligned with business requirements. validate and qualify production lines to enhance productivity. * Provide technical support to MES (Manufacturing Execution System), QCC (Quality and Claims Control), FRAG (Failure Rate Analysis Group) on SMA processes related to improving quality yield within supply chain. * Introduce advanced manufacturing technology, concept into SMT production within Flex to achieve manufacturing excellence. * Provide consultation from technical point of view to high-level decision makers and other Flex power module organizations based on his/her competence and responsibilities. **The experience we’re looking to add to our team****:** * University degree or above in areas of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, etc. * Profound knowledge and skills on SMA related production and practice of Power Modules as per process, productivity, Industrial Engineering or Lean Production. * Comprehensive knowledge of Flex power module products and processes is preferred. * Several years working experience as SMT Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, or Mechanical Engineer in electronics manufacturing is preferred * Independent self-motivated and well organized with analytical mind. * Good communication skills and data analysis skills. * Workable English in Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing. **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide**: * Social Insurance * Life Insurance * PTO Job Category ------------ Production Engineering Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
