Snowflake Analyst

**Czym będziesz się zajmować?** ### Responsibilities: * Elicit, analyse, validate and document functional and non-functional requirements * Translate business needs into clear and structured IT solution requirements * Act as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring alignment and transparency across stakeholders * Extract, analyse, visualise and interpret data from various sources to support requirements analysis and solution design * Prepare data mappings and analyse relationships between different data sources and systems * Perform gap analysis between existing ("as-is") and target ("to-be") solutions * Analyse and contribute to IT solution design together with architects and technical teams * Document data flows, solution requirements and target-state solutions * Define clear acceptance criteria for requirements * Manage stakeholders and facilitate alignment across different parts of the organisation * Participate actively in team ceremonies and contribute to resolving issues within the team * Support continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and development of team practices ### Hybrid work (3 days per week from the office) from one of the following locations: Warsaw, Łódź, Gdańsk, or Gdynia. **Kogo poszukujemy?** ### Requirements: * Around 5 years of professional experience as an IT Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Analyst or in a similar role * Hands-on experience working with Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms * Good SQL skills and practical experience in data analysis * Experience in requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation * Experience in creating data mappings and documenting data flows * Understanding of IT solution design, system integrations and dependencies * Experience in defining functional and non-functional requirements and acceptance criteria * Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working across business and IT teams * Very good analytical and problem-solving skills * Very good command of English, both spoken and written **Czego wymagamy?** 5 lat doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku Znajomości: * Snowflake * SQL * Analiza danych * Elicytacja wymagań * Mapowanie danych * Zarządzanie procesami biznesowymi * Zarządzanie interesariuszami Języki: * Polski * Angielski **Jakie warunki i benefity otrzymasz?** * 21.8k–26k PLN netto/m (B2B) * B2B - Stałe godziny pracy (100%) * Praca zdalna: Hybrydowo * Pakiet medyczny, Pakiet sportowy **Kim jesteśmy?** DCG to przestrzeń, w której spotykają się potrzeby biznesu i ambicje ludzi.
