[Softeta](https://himalayas.app/companies/softeta) is looking for a talented and experienced SOC Architect to become a part of our vibrant team and who will work for our strategic customer in energy sector. ### Responsibilities: * Design and implement Security Operations Center (SOC) architecture for IT and OT environments across energy generation, transmission, and distribution assets. * Develop and maintain security monitoring strategy, ensuring comprehensive visibility across enterprise, cloud, and industrial control systems. * Design and optimize security log management, telemetry collection, and data onboarding from enterprise and industrial environments. * Define SOC architecture roadmaps, technology standards, and reference architectures supporting digital transformation initiatives. * Lead security tool evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and vendor selection processes. * Develop architecture documentation, security standards, implementation guidelines, and executive-level reporting. * Support cyber resilience initiatives by integrating incident response, threat intelligence, vulnerability management. * Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including NIS2, IEC 62443. ### Requirements * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. * 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including extensive experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) architecture and security engineering. * Familiarity with industrial automation environments (PLC, SAS, OT General). * Strong understanding of IT and OT cybersecurity concepts. * Practical knowledge of IEC 62443. * Ability to translate business and operational requirements into scalable security architectures and technical solutions. * Familiarity with protocol analysis and system hardening. * Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical direction across organizations. * Fluent English. ### Benefits * Diverse and technically challenging projects. * Flexible working hours and hybrid or remote workplace model. * Flexible schedule and Agile/SCRUM environment. * Technical equipment which you can choose.
