Our first product is PUNCH TRUNK, a portable outdoor training bag designed to make boxing and fitness easier to access outside the gym. I'm looking for someone who can help me build the audience and turn attention into website sign-ups and, eventually, sales. I'm developing the product, manufacturing, partnerships, and the wider business, so I need someone I can trust to take ownership of the digital side. The role: You'd be helping manage the journey from: Content Audience Website Sales Key Responsibilities: \- Developing content strategy and ideas \- Telling me what content you want me to film here in the UK \- Editing or overseeing short-form content and clipping \- Managing Instagram, TikTok and other relevant channels \- Looking at analytics and using them to improve what we're doing \- Testing different content, audiences and approaches \- Setting up and managing Meta advertising \- Tracking what is actually driving sign-ups and sales \- Potentially developing creator and affiliate partnerships \- Helping build a repeatable online customer acquisition system You don't need to be an expert in boxing. I'd much rather find someone who understands content, social growth, e-commerce, and paid advertising and can demonstrate that they've actually grown something. If you're proving that you can make a difference, I'd like the pay to increase naturally over the following weeks/months, alongside the responsibility you're taking on. I'm particularly interested in someone who wants to grow with the business, rather than simply complete a list of social media tasks. There is potentially a much bigger opportunity here for the right person as the business moves from pre-launch into revenue. I'm looking for someone who is: \- Naturally curious about what makes content perform \- Comfortable looking at numbers and analytics \- Good at spotting opportunities and testing ideas \- Experienced with short-form video \- Comfortable with Meta Ads \- Able to work independently \- Commercially minded and interested in actual sales, not just followers Happy to work with a founder who will provide the raw content and product access, but needs someone else to help direct the digital strategy. I'm based in the UK, so you'd be working remotely with me. I'd be filming content here based on your direction and sending you the footage to work with.
