Social Media Specialist

* Build and execute social media strategies through competitive research and platform determination, messaging and audience identification * Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video, etc) that builds meaningful connections and encourages a high level of customer interaction * Optimize & manage the company’s social media profiles and presence to increase the visibility of the company’s social content, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant. * Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from social network presence. * Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach and engage with the target audience * Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI and SEO. Continuously seek improvement by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics. * Work with other team members to determine the outcomes of the Marketing Function that support the overall business strategy and goals. ### The ideal candidate: * Completed bachelor's degree preferably in the field of (digital) marketing or communication * Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience within an online marketing agency or Social Paid Media job * Excellent written and verbal communication skills for advertising content and copy * A real professional: motivated, independent and initiative-oriented. You do not have a 9-to-5 mentality, but you are hands-on with us and have a commercial eye. Communicating, (critically) analyzing and organizing are your strong points, as well as an eye for detail & meeting deadlines. * A dose of curiosity and a healthy urge to learn * Experience with online marketing in a variety of environments is an advantage * Experience working remotely from home office * Bilingual (EN & FR), Spanish and other languages (asset) LOCATION ### Work from your Home-Office Can work from anywhere from Canada or USA, as long as we have openings in your area. EDUCATION ### College, Finished ### Minimum 5 years Experience Training in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications, is preferred.
