Software Developer - Coupa1 **Job Description:** We are looking for a Software Developer with experience in the **Coupa platform** to support ongoing **production support activities and system enhancements**. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, end users, and cross-functional teams to ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the Coupa environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide **production support** for the Coupa platform, including incident resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. * Work closely with **business users and stakeholders** to understand issues, gather requirements, and implement appropriate solutions. * Develop and implement **enhancements, configurations, and customizations** within Coupa to support evolving business needs. * Monitor system performance and ensure **timely resolution of tickets, defects, and user requests**. * Collaborate with integration teams to support and maintain **Coupa integrations with other enterprise systems**. * Participate in **testing, deployment, and release management** activities for new features and enhancements. * Maintain **documentation, knowledge articles, and process guidelines** for support and development activities. * Ensure adherence to **best practices, security standards, and governance processes**. **Required Skills and Experience:** * Hands-on experience working with the **Coupa platform**, including configuration and support. * Strong experience in **production support, issue analysis, and system troubleshooting**. * Ability to work closely with **business teams and end users** to translate requirements into solutions. * Experience working in **support and enhancement projects** in an enterprise environment. * Good understanding of **procurement, invoicing, and financial workflows** within Coupa. **Preferred Skills:** * **Knowledge or experience with Zip** (procurement intake and orchestration platform) will be an added advantage. * Experience working with **integrations, APIs, or middleware platforms** is a plus. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
