You’ll collaborate with talented peers, using your expertise in C#, SQL, ASP.NET, and Azure to build solutions that are robust, maintainable and future-proof. ****What You’ll Do**** * Work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain applications * Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable C#.NET code * Optimize SQL queries and stored procedures to improve performance * Perform and automate the quality assurance processes * Assist in the evolution of our deployment pipelines and DevOps practices * Play a key role in evolving our platform to become cloud native and event driven * Continuously explore new technologies to improve our platform and processes ****Who are you?**** Culturally, you are * A highly motivated engineer who loves working on small, high performing teams * Collaborative, a solid communicator, and work well with your team and stakeholders * Someone who cares deeply for team results, checks your ego at the door, and takes pride in owning results * Are a champion of positive change. Good enough is not good enough, and you’re always striving for better. * Someone who is able to support and develop people, not just software. * Someone who embraces agility. ****Technically, you ​**** * Are passionate about designing solutions and writing great code * Are a strong back end developer, but are also comfortable working on relational databases,  cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines and front end.  * Know what great code looks like, you can write it, and you are comfortable helping others do the same ****At a minimum, you**** * Are an experienced Software Engineer with C# and the .NET Platform, and relational databases * Have experience with at least one cloud platform * Are experienced with test automation * Have an in-depth working understanding of NoSQL and SQL datastores ****It would be nice if you**** * Can show us one or more passion projects or open-source work you have contributed to in your own time**.**
