We currently have the following opportunity available - please contact us for more details! **Key Responsibilities** * Contribute to the development of new products and features, while continuously improving and maintaining existing systems * Design, develop, and maintain software solutions aligned with business and technical requirements * Build high-performance, scalable systems supporting treatment planning solutions (e.g., Brachy products) * Analyze and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments * Investigate and troubleshoot customer-reported issues, including reproduction and root cause analysis * Collaborate with global engineering and support teams to ensure product quality and stability * Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices * Create and maintain technical documentation (design, implementation, defect analysis) * Continuously improve development processes, tools, and engineering practices * Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) and regulatory requirements **Basic Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field * Solid foundation in object-oriented programming and software design * Proficient in C# or similar programming languages; full-stack development experience is a plus * Familiarity with relational databases and SQL * Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) * Good command of English (both written and spoken), able to work in a global environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Able to work both independently and collaboratively **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with .NET technologies * Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue) * Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies * Knowledge of automated testing frameworks or CI/CD pipelines * Experience with web services or API development/integration * Familiarity with cloud or distributed system architectures * Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, safety-critical software) * Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
