Software Factory Architect

**Czym będziesz się zajmować?** * Provide expert consultation and guidance in software engineering and architecture domains * Act as a trusted technical advisor to stakeholders, project teams, and senior management * Design, establish, and continuously improve software development lifecycle processes and engineering practices * Review and recommend end-to-end software solution architectures for complex and large-scale projects * Define and drive the engineering vision across the software factory to support strategic business objectives * Establish architecture standards, reference architectures, governance principles, and engineering best practices * Ensure consistency, interoperability, and alignment of solution architectures across the enterprise * Evaluate technical risks and provide recommendations to support informed architectural and technology decisions * Support the adoption of cloud-native, DevSecOps, and modern software engineering practices * Collaborate with architects, development teams, and technical leaders to ensure architectural compliance and quality * Promote technical excellence through mentorship, knowledge sharing, and architectural leadership * Contribute to the definition of technology roadmaps and long-term architecture strategies **Kogo poszukujemy?** * Minimum 8 years of professional IT experience, including 5+ years in a similar role * Master's degree (or equivalent) * English level B2 (certificate or willing_nes_s to obtain one) * **At least 2 internationally recognized certifications** (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert, RHCA, or equivalent) * Experience designing complex, distributed, enterprise-scale, and cloud-native software architectures * Hands-on experience with .NET, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and ArchiMate * Strong understanding of software architecture styles and patterns * Expertise in DevSecOps, CI/CD, containers, orchestration, and platform engineering * Ability to define architecture vision, technical strategy, assess risks, and make key architectural decisions * Proven technical leadership, including influencing teams without direct authority and mentoring senior engineers, technical leads, and architects * Excellent communication, documentation, problem-solving, and leadership skills **Czego wymagamy?** 5 lat doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku Mile widziane: * .NET * JavaScript * Azure Services * Azure * CI/CD * DevSecOps * TypeScript * ArchiMate Języki: * Angielski **Jakie warunki i benefity otrzymasz?** * 33.6k–42k PLN netto/m (B2B) * B2B - Elastyczne godziny pracy (100%) * Praca zdalna: Hybrydowo **Kim jesteśmy?** DCG to przestrzeń, w której spotykają się potrzeby biznesu i ambicje ludzi.
