**Overview:** * Blue Yonder is a leading AI-driven Digital Supply Chain and Cognitive Planning Solutions company, enabling global enterprises to transform end-to-end supply chain operations through intelligent, autonomous, scalable, and cloud-native planning platforms. * Leveraging advanced AI, Machine Learning, Optimization, and Agentic AI, Blue Yonder empowers smarter, faster, and more resilient decision-making across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Fulfillment, Logistics, and Manufacturing. * We are seeking highly skilled Solution Architects / Sr. Solution Architects with deep expertise in Supply Chain Planning implementations, strong consulting and solutioning capabilities, and proven customer engagement experience. **Scope:** * Lead end-to-end implementations of Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning solutions (ESP, DSP, IO, OP, S&OP/IBP, Production Planning, Supply Planning). Architect scalable, high-performance planning solutions aligned with customer business objectives and industry best practices. * Drive solution lifecycle from requirements gathering, design, configuration, integration, SIT/UAT, Go-live, and Hypercare. Provide thought leadership on supply chain transformation initiatives and AI-enabled planning journeys. * Mentor consultants and guide implementation teams across functional and solution architecture areas. *  Support integration with ERP, APS, MES, WMS, TMS, Data Lakes, and Cloud platforms. **What You’ll Do:** * Design and validate complex supply planning models (multi-echelon, constrained planning, deployment, inventory optimization, sourcing prioritization, capacity planning, scenario modeling). * Handle challenges involving solver behavior, planning trade-offs, data quality, performance optimization, and scalability. * Develop solution design documents, functional specifications, data mapping, and testing strategies. * Communicate business cases to Product Management and Development for future product enhancements. * Support customer success initiatives, driving adoption of advanced planning capabilities. * Act as a trusted advisor, enabling faster deployments and improved customer adoption through AI-enabled methodologies. **What We’re Looking For:** * 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning implementations and consulting. * Proven hands-on implementation experience in BY ESP, Demand Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Order Promising, and Advanced Supply Chain Planning solutions. * Strong implementation experience in similar planning platforms such as Kinaxis, o9, OMP, SAP APO / IBP, and Oracle Supply Chain Planning will be considered an added advantage. * Proven track record of architecting and delivering complex global supply chain transformations across CPG, Hi-Tech, Process Manufacturing, Automotive, and Industrial Manufacturing industries. * Strong supply chain domain expertise is mandatory and non-negotiable. * Strong customer-facing consulting and stakeholder management capabilities. * Ability to independently drive solutioning discussions and architect scalable solutions for complex customer requirements. Good to have: * Experience in SQL Python * Experience with ORACLE and SNOWFLAKE databases * Strong understanding of Supply Chain data models * Experience with cloud-native planning architectures * API and Integration architecture understanding * BY Platform / Data Cloud / BYDM exposure **AI / Digital Skills** * Understanding of AI/ML-driven planning capabilities in Supply Chain. * Exposure to ML-based forecasting and intelligent planning solutions. * Knowledge or experience in Agentic AI, AI-driven automation, or GenAI-based implementation accelerators will be a strong advantage. **Our Values** If you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
