Solution Engineer

As a Solution Engineer, you dedicate yourself to one of our industry-specific solutions. You develop and improve OMP’s industry solution and enrich its functionality in a robust, innovative, and scalable way, applying your expertise to solve real live industry challenges for our customers. You are responsible for: • Translating functional requirements into technical industry-specific solution designs and algorithms. • Fine-tuning and detailing designs and translating them into technical specifications. • Writing code that lives up to our high-quality standards, in adherence to scrum methodology and compliant with the most recent standards in your preferred technology. • Discussing and validating functional requirements in close collaboration with our seasoned solution managers, solution analysts, and solution consultants. • Reviewing code written by your team members. • Collaborating closely with software and quality assurance test engineers, analysts, consultants, technical writers, and project managers. • Maintaining and supporting your developments according to user feedback. • Growing your expertise and command in your favorite technology.
