Sorter - 2nd Shift

(overtime is time and a half after 40) **Schedule:** 2:00pm start time, usually finishing around 10:30-11:00pm. Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays. **Benefits:** We offer excellent benefits including: medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account, long term & short term disability, life insurance, 401(K). **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Responsible for safely and efficiently processing incoming recyclable materials.  * Will sort recycled material onto different conveyor belts and move material to the appropriate areas. * Responsible the cleanliness of the recycling area and yard outside. * Help maintain equipment such as baler and conveyor line. * Assuming custodial duties as needed. * Other manual labor that does not involve the operation of heavy equipment. **Requirements:** * Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly throughout the day. * Ability to work outside in all weather conditions. * Waste Connections is an equal opportunity employer.
