This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supplier management, market analysis, and tender support within an international and fast-paced industrial environment. **Job Description** =================== **What will you do:** As part of the Sourcing team, you will be involved in the following activities: * Supplier Intelligence & Data Integration * Support the integration of key suppliers into PowerBI dashboards to map global market players. * Ensure regular updates aligned with industry and market trends to maintain data accuracy. * Supplier Research & Analysis * Conduct in-depth research on potential global suppliers for external equipment based on project-specific needs. * Benchmark supplier capabilities and assess alignment with technical and commercial requirements. * Tender Support & RFQ Management * Actively participate in the tendering process in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Tendering, etc.). * Assist in the preparation and submission of Requests for Quotation (RFQs). * Track RFQ responses, follow up with suppliers, and ensure adherence to tender timelines. * Tender Monitoring * Update and maintain project tracking tools to provide clear visibility on sourcing progress and deadlines. * Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure on-time and complete tender submissions. **What will you bring:** * Bachelor's degree in engineering or supply chain or any related field. * Fresh graduate or some experience in related field. * Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. * Proficient in Excel/Smartsheet and familiar with data tools (e.g., Power BI). * Proficient in dealing with and using AI tools. * Data analysis, Sourcing, understanding of market trends and analysis, presentations * Comfortable working in an international environment and communicating in English. **What will make you stand out:** * Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute. * Interest in Supplier Relationship management * Fluency in French, Spanish, Arabic or German ******Additional Information****** ================================== **Relocation Assistance Provided:** No
