**Job Description:** **Sourcing Excellence Specialist (f/m/x)**  in Mars Global Service  Procurement (Commercial) Department  Location: Warsaw  Hybrid working  **\* Fully virtual recruitment experience \***  _This role is responsible for leading negotiations, contracting, and sourcing activities across Mars segments and cross-regional spend within defined commercial categories. By driving sourcing initiatives aligned with category strategies, the role enables Category Teams to focus on strategic priorities while driving efficiency and business impact._  **What would be your key responsibilities?**  * Negotiating on behalf of Mars organization.  * Contracting to be aligned to category strategies managed by Commercial team.  * Providing the first line of escalation on issues between suppliers and the business.  * Conducting negotiations and supplier relationship management for in scope of Commercial categories and spend thresholds for requisitions.  * Securing price, capacity & service levels in line with commitments to the business.  * Ensuring effective risk management of the supply base, through robust contracts and monitoring of financial and other KPIs.
